How to participate
The participation to Torino Piemonte Hotellerie 2020 is free of charge.
The event is specifically dedicated to Piedmontese companies willing to expand their business abroad.
Through their participation, companies can get in contact with potential foreign buyers looking for Italian products.
Please find here under some basic information about the partnering session, i.e. timing, deadlines, terms and conditions.
1. Free registration | Until 31st July 2020
You can register to the event until 31st July 2020. From registration to the event, there will be regular e-mail updates explaining what you need to do next. You can register as:
- BUYER: only for foreign companies looking for Italian suppliers
- SUPPLIER: only for Piedmontese companies looking for foreign buyers
- OTHER: only for non-companies (i.e. public entities, development agencies, company associations, universities, etc.)
2. Get your profile approved | Until 31st July 2020
Once reviewed, the organizers approve the profile filled by both the buyers and the suppliers. To get your profile approved, please fill all the required fields properly in english.
3. Update your profile with a business offer/request | Until 31st July 2020
Once you get your profile approved, please login and update your profile with a detailed business offer/request. Log in to your account, enter the "My profile" page and click on "Product". Here you can describe the products you are offering/requiring, add a picture and indicate the kind of partnership you are looking for. Make it clear and concise. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings.
4. Request meetings (only for the BUYERS) | From 1st August to 30th September 2020
During this phase, buyers will send meeting requests to registered suppliers. If you are a buyer, you can log in and browse published suppliers profiles. As soon as you find a company of your interest, send meeting requests to those you want to meet. By adding a meaningful remark about the meeting request, you will increase the chance to be accepted. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
5. Accept meetings (only for the SUPPLIERS) | From 1st August to 30th September 2020
During this phase suppliers will accept or decline the meeting requests received from the buyers. Have a look at the "Meetings" page of your private account or check your in-mail box where you will receive e-mail alerts as soon as a buyer send you a meeting request. Accepted meeting requests will be scheduled automatically.
6. Get your B2B agenda | 16th October 2020
The 16th October 2020 you will receive an email with your detailed meetings schedule. You can also check your meeting agenda online or via the b2match app.
